How too travel in to your past or future

We human are a complex biological existence. We have a body that is made automatically by a known process but by invisible hands. We plant a sampling and try to protect it from snow and heat.The thunderstorms, too much rain and frost too can kill the growth of the plants and crops. But we care because that is essential for our well being.
Care, efforts, weather and the soil are not the only factors that causes growth and existence. The seeds are now being created by us which were the same as millions of years ago. But perhaps the human race has undergone tremendous changes. Even to day we have short, long. thick, white and black structure. But all have a past and a certain future.
The past or future could be an immediate one or distant one. Though we may not remember what we did eat the day before yesterday but all of us remember our child hood, our grand parents and many other events of our interest. Though not all can be recollected by all, but many having picture memory can vividly describe and remember the entire incidence. What ever happens is happening frame by frame and every frame has a time components in nano seconds. One may not describe the details he visualised during each nano second but at least the 3oth part of a second can be recollected and narrated by many of us.
Thus we see that going into the past is a process that is associated with our thinking capability which is a function of mind. Not physical mind, but the intellect that is not gross in nature but subtle though dwell in the physical state.
The bone of contention is now, do this intellect is an inside existence created by the food we eat or something external that enter the body at the time of birth from the hall of memories or intellect in some elementary form.
Similarly we can transcend to our future, because our future is a combined resultant of our action. The our means all around us with whom we interact knowingly or unknowingly. the collected parameters known to us give us the clue in respect of our future. Our future means also the future of our coming generations. Now when we are capable of knowing our past and can predict future to some extent than there exist possibility or probability rather certainty that we can also have precise result.
The pre death or post death memories are a matter of scientific controversies because we could not have scientific proofs. But the religion has something to show provided we humbly accept that our mind has limited capability as it can not go beyond time and space and think.
We should give a thought to the process of not burning the dead bodies. Many of us believe that dead would become alive one day called by some KAYAMAT
